Germán Garrido
Germán Garrido (born 15 June 1948) is a member of one of Spain's most successful golfing families. His brother Antonio Garrido (golfer), Antonio and nephew Ignacio Garrido, Ignacio were only the second father-son combination to have played in the Ryder Cup. German Garrido turned professional in 1963. He played on the European circuit both before and after the establishment of the formal European Tour in 1972, winning the Madrid Open (golf), Madrid Open in 1968 and 1973 and the Portuguese Open in 1972. With his win in the 1973 European Tour, 1973 Madrid Open (golf), Madrid Open, Garrido and his brother became the first pair of brothers to win on the European Tour. Seve Ballesteros
Severiano Ballesteros Sota (; 9 April 1957 – 7 May 2011) was a Spanish professional golfer, a World No. 1 who was one of the sport's leading figures from the mid-1970s to the mid-1990s. A member of a gifted golfing family, he won 90 international tournaments in his career, including five major championships between 1979 and 1988: the Open Championship three times and the Masters Tournament twice. He gained attention in the golfing world in 1976, when at the age of 19, he finished second at The Open. Edoardo Molinari (born 11 February 1981) is an Italian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour, where he is a three-time winner. He was also the 2005 U.S. Amateur champion; 2009 Challenge Tour Rankings leader; winner, with his brother Francesco, of the 2009 World Cup; and a member of the 2010 European Ryder Cup winning team. He has won professional tournaments on four of six continents on which golf is played: Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. He is a Vice-Captain for the 2023 Ryder Cup in Marco Simone, Italy. Francesco Molinari (born 8 November 1982) is an Italian professional golfer. He won the 2018 Open Championship, his first and only major victory, and the first major won by an Italian professional golfer. The Open Championship win capped a successful season in which he won the 2018 BMW PGA Championship, his fifth win on the European Tour, and the Quicken Loans National, his first PGA Tour win. At the end of the season, Molinari won 5 out of 5 points as Europe won the 2018 Ryder Cup. Molinari has been in the top 100 of the World Rankings continuously since the end of 2008. Manuel Ballesteros Sota (born 22 June 1949) is a Spanish professional golfer. He is best known as a European Tour champion as well as being the former manager and brother of Seve Ballesteros. Golf career Ballesteros was born in the summer of 1949 in Pedreña, Spain. He learned to play golf at Real Club de Golf de Pedre in his hometown and turned pro in 1967, at the age of 18. He had an early success, winning the Open Costa Vasca in September 1968, two strokes ahead of his uncle Ramón Sota. The event was played at Biarritz Golf Club in Biarritz, France, just across the border from Spain. Shortly after the victory, Ballesteros left professional golf for two years to perform national service for his country. He returned to professional golf in the early 1970s.
