George J. Finn (born February 22, 1963) is a Canadian former actor and former professional ice hockey player. Finn is most famous for playing the role of Carl Racki in the 1986 film '' Youngblood''. Etobicoke (, ) is an administrative district of, and one of six municipalities amalgamated into, the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Comprising the city's west-end, Etobicoke was first settled by Europeans in the 1790s, and the municipality grew into city status in the 20th century.
