Geir Gripsrud
Geir Gripsrud (born 1946) is a Norwegian organizational theorist and Professor of Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, known for his work on international marketing, market entry strategy and distribution channels. Life and work After his graduation Gripsrud was marketing researcher at the Norwegian Fund for Market and Distribution Research (NFMDR) in Oslo, where in 1972 he wrote his first report entitled "On long-range planning in retailing." Alexandra Waluszewski (born 1956) is a Swedish organizational theorist, Professor at the Department of Economic History of the Uppsala University, particularly known for her work with Håkan Håkansson on "Managing Technological Development" and "Knowledge and innovation in business and industry." Life and work In 1983 Waluszewski obtained her BS in Business Studies at the University of Uppsala, where in 1989 she also obtained her PhD in Business Studies with the thesis, entitled "Framväxten av en ny mekanisk massateknik - en utvecklingshistoria" (The Emergence of a New Mechanical Pulping Technique—A Development Story) under guidance of Håkan Håkansson. Jostein Gripsrud (born 1952) is a Norwegian media scholar, and is Professor in Media Studies at the University of Bergen. Life and work Gripsrud completed his MA exam at the University of Bergen, Norway, in 1979 and started as lecturer in Norwegian language and literature at Stockholm University in 1980. He obtained his PhD at the University of Bergen in 1988 on two different dissertations on major mass movements in Norway and their relations with the medium of theatre 1890-1940. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality.
