Lim Heem Wei
Lim Heem Wei (born 12 April 1989) is a Singapore artistic gymnast. Lim represented Singapore in the 2012 Summer Olympics, London Olympic Games and the 2010 Commonwealth Games, 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games. Wei is the first Singaporean gymnast to qualify for the Olympic Games. She achieved forty-fifth position in the women's artistic qualification event. Lim retired from the sport in 2014. Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Roypim Ngampeerapong (born 18 January 1989) is a gymnast, member of the Aerobic Gymnastics National Thailand team. Coached by Desislava Bogusheva (BUL). She is known as the only Thai Gymnast in the history, awarded by the International Gymnastics Federation FIG as a "World Class Gymnast".
