Guy Teissier
Guy Teissier (born 4 April 1945) is a French politician who served as the member of the National Assembly for the 6th constituency of the Bouches-du-Rhône department from 1993 until 2022, previously briefly holding the position in 1988. He has been a member of The Republicans (LR) since the party was established in 2015 as the successor to the Union for a Popular Movement (UMP). Teissier previously held the mayoralty of the 5th sector of Marseille (9th and 10th arrondissements) from 1983 to 1989 and again from 1995 until 2014. The Government of Azerbaijan has blacklisted Teissier who visited Artsakh in 2011 without Baku's permission. He did not run for re-election in the 2022 French legislative election. René Cassin
René Samuel Cassin (5 October 1887 – 20 February 1976) was a French jurist known for co-authoring the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. Born in Bayonne, Cassin served as a soldier in the First World War during which he was seriously wounded. On 24 June 1940, during the Second World War, Cassin heeded General Charles de Gaulle's radio appeal and joined him in London. Cassin used his legal expertise to help de Gaulle's Free French. Between 1944 and 1959, Cassin was a member of the Council of State. Seconded to the UN Commission on Human Rights after the war, he was a major contributor to the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. For that work, he received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1968. Alain Madelin (; born 26 March 1946) is a French politician. Politician Madelin was minister of Industry in Prime Minister Jacques Chirac's cabinet from 1986 to 1988, a minister of Business in Prime Minister Édouard Balladur's cabinet from 1993 to 1995, and a minister of Economy and Finances in Prime Minister Alain Juppé's cabinet.
