Guo Qiqi
Guo Qiqi (born 7 August 1998) is a Chinese rhythmic gymnast. She competed in the group all-around at the 2020 Olympic Games where the Chinese group finished fourth. Career Guo began rhythmic gymnastics when she was six years old. Guo was selected to compete for the Chinese group at the 2019 World Championships alongside Hao Ting, Hu Yuhui, Huang Zhangjiayang, Liu Xin, and Xu Yanshu. Guo competed in the 5 balls routine but not in the 3 hoops + 4 clubs routine. The Chinese group together finished seventh in the all-around final. Additionally, the 5 balls group qualified for the event final where they finished fifth. Guo was selected to represent China at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the group all-around alongside Hao Ting, Huang Zhangjiayang, Liu Xin, and Xu Yanshu. The 2022 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics is a series of competitions officially organized and promoted by the International Gymnastics Federation. Formats On February 26, 2022, the International Gymnastics Federation cancelled all events scheduled to take place in Russia and Belarus due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Moscow World Challenge Cup, originally planned for 19–21 August and the Minsk World Challenge Cup, originally planned for 2–4 September, were affected by this decision and removed from the FIG calendar. The 2021 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships were held from 27 to 31 October 2021 in Kitakyushu, Japan. Dina Averina broke the record for the most medals won at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships with 22 total medals and also became the first gymnast to win four World all-around titles.
