Guntur Kaaram
''Guntur Kaaram'' (; ) is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and produced by S. Radha Krishna through Haarika & Hassine Creations. It features Mahesh Babu in the lead role, alongside Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishna, Jayaram, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil and Rao Ramesh. The film was officially announced in May 2021 under the tentative title ''SSMB28,'' as it is Babu's 28th film in the leading role, and the official title was announced in May 2023. Principal photography commenced in September 2022, predominantly shot in Hyderabad, and wrapped by late-December 2023. Trivikram Srinivas
Trivikram Srinivas (born Akella Naga Srinivasa Sarma; 7 November 1971), often credited as Trivikram, is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Telugu cinema. In 2021, he became one of the highest-paid directors in Cinema of South India, South Indian cinema. He has garnered six state Nandi Awards for Nandi Award for Best Dialogue Writer, Best Dialogue Writer and two Filmfare Awards South, Filmfare Awards for Filmfare Award for Best Director - Telugu, Best Director. In 2015, he received the BN Reddy National Award for his contribution to Indian cinema. Wrap (filmmaking)
Wrap, as used in the phrase "That's a wrap" has been used by directors since the early days of the film industry to signal the end of filming. Since the 1920s, filmmakers have been using this phrase when principal photography is concluded and the film is ready to go into post-production. At that point, it is traditional to hold a wrap party for the cast and crew of the film. This marks the end of the actors' collaboration with each other, the director, producer, and crew on the film (except for possible dubbing or pick-ups).
