Gröna Hund
''Gröna hund'', complete title ''Gröna Hund på Gröna Lund'' (Green Dog on Gröna Lund, also a reference to "Röda hund", literally "Red dog", but also Swedish for "rubella"), was the first variety show produced by AB Svenska Ord. After that the writers/actors Hans Alfredsson and Tage Danielsson became known as Hasseåtage. The show premièred on 27 April 1962 on Gröna Lund in Stockholm. It also made a few performances in Göteborg, Malmö and Oslo. Personnel The show was written by both Hasse and Tage and directed by Tage. It was the first of the three "Dog-revues", the second being ''Gula Hund'' and the third one '' Svea hund''. Gröna Lund
Gröna Lund (; "Green Grove"), or colloquially ''Grönan'' (), is an amusement park in Stockholm, Sweden. Located on the seaward side of Djurgården Island, it is relatively small compared to other amusement parks, mainly because of its central location, which limits expansion. The amusement park has over 30 attractions and is a popular venue for concerts in the summer. It was founded in 1883 by James Schultheiss. History Gröna Lund's roots are in the 1880s, making it Sweden's oldest amusement park. However the area has been used for similar purposes since the early 18th century. In 1883, a German by the name of Jacob Schultheiss rented the area to erect "carousels and other amusements". Until 2001, descendants of Schultheiss ran Gröna Lund. ''Svea hund'', complete title ''Svea Hund på Göta Lejon'' (Svea Dog at Göta Lejon), was a Swedish variety show produced by AB Svenska Ord. It was written by Hans Alfredsson and Tage Danielsson, commonly known as Hasseåtage and directed by Tage. The show premièred on 15 February (although it had a sneak première on 9 February) 1976 on the theater Göta Lejon in Stockholm. It was the last of the three "Dog-revues"; the first was ''Gröna hund'' (Green Dog) the second being '' Gula Hund'' (Yellow Dog). Both Hasse and Tage starred in various roles. Lindeman (characters)
Lindeman is the surname of a large family of fictional characters portrayed by Swedish comedian Hans Alfredson in improvised monologues. Alfredson performed as Lindeman in the revues '' Gröna hund'' (1962), '' Gula hund'' (1964), '' Lådan'' (1966-1967) and '' Under dubbelgöken'' (1979). Every evening when the revues were played, an interviewer played by Lasse O'Månsson or Tage Danielsson would mention a topic from that day's newspaper and introduce a character called Lindeman. Moral Re-Armament (MRA) was an international moral and spiritual movement that, in 1938, developed from American minister Frank Buchman's Oxford Group. Buchman headed MRA for 23 years until his death in 1961. In 2001, the movement was renamed Initiatives of Change. History Beginning In 1938, Europe was rearming militarily. Frank Buchman, who had been the driving force behind the Oxford Group, was convinced that military rearmament alone would not resolve the crisis. At a meeting of 3,000 in East Ham Town Hall, London, on 29 May 1938, he launched a campaign for Moral Re-Armament. "The crisis is fundamentally a moral one," he said. "The nations must re-arm morally. Moral recovery is essentially the forerunner of economic recovery. Moral recovery creates not crisis but confidence and unity in every phase of life." Gunnar Svensson (musician)
Gunnar Svensson (27 June 1956 – 31 January 2020) was a Swedish ice hockey player, head coach and sports agent. During his playing career Svensson played for Örnsköldsvik and IF Björklöven. He began his coaching career in Örnsköldsvik before signing on to IK Vita Hästen. Svensson coached his first and only Elitserien club when he signed on a five-year contract with Djurgårdens IF in 1984. Svensson's first season in Djurgården went well, the team won the league and beat Färjestads BK in the semifinals. However, Södertälje SK proved to be too hard in the final and became Swedish champions. The following season was quite the opposite; Djurgården was close to being relegated, and Svensson was subsequently fired on 26 January 1986. Rubella
Rubella, also known as German measles or three-day measles, is an infection caused by the rubella virus. This disease is often mild, with half of people not realizing that they are infected. A rash may start around two weeks after exposure and last for three days. It usually starts on the face and spreads to the rest of the body.
