Grzegorz Kosok
Grzegorz Kosok (born 2 March 1986) is a Polish former professional volleyball player, a member of the Poland national team in 2011–2013, a participant at the Olympic Games London 2012, and the 2012 World League winner. Personal life He was born in Katowice, Poland. In 2014, he married Aleksandra. In June 2015, his wife gave birth to their daughter Amelia. Career Clubs Kosok moved to Asseco Resovia in 2009. With the club from Rzeszów he achieved two gold (2012, 2013), silver (2014) and two bronze medals (2010, 2011) of the Polish Championship. He left Asseco Resovia after five years in May 2014. National team First time, he was appointed to the Polish national team by Andrea Anastasi in 2011. He won a bronze medal of the 2011 FIVB World League and the 2011 CEV European Championship. Andrea Anastasi (born 8 October 1960) is an Italian professional volleyball coach and former player. He was a member of the Italy national team from 1981 to 1991. The 1990 World Champion, 1989 European Champion, and a two–time World League winner (1990, 1991). He currently serves as head coach for Sir Safety Perugia. The 2015 European Games, also known as Baku 2015 or Baku 2015 European Games ( az, Bakı 2015 Avropa Oyunları), were the inaugural edition of the European Games, an international multi-sport event for athletes representing the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of the European Olympic Committees. It took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 12 to 28 June 2015, and featured almost 6,000 athletes from 50 countries competing in 30 sports, including 15 summer Olympic and 2 non-Olympic sports. Andrzej Kowal (born 27 February 1971) is a Polish professional volleyball coach and former player. Since the 2023–24 season, he serves as head coach for Jihostroj České Budějovice. Personal life Kowal was born in Nowa Sarzyna, Poland. He has a wife Magdalena and two children – son Michał and daughter Monika. Career as coach In 2011 he was a head coach of Asseco Resovia.
