It is active in the fuel and Mobility as a service, mobility services sector through the IP Gruppo API brand. It is a subsidiary of API Holding, 100% owned by the Brachetti Peretti family. The Chairman, president of API is Ugo Brachetti Peretti and the Chief executive officer, CEO is Alberto Chiarini.
