Graham Boyce
Sir Graham Hugh Boyce (born 6 October 1945) is a British retired diplomat. He is the son of Commander Hugh Boyce and brother to Philip Boyce, who was president of the Royal College of Psychiatry in Australia, and Lord Boyce, former First Sea Lord of the Royal Navy and Chief of the Defence Staff. Career Boyce was educated at Hurstpierpoint College and at Jesus College, Cambridge. Philip Manley Boyce (born 20 September 1949) is an Australian psychiatrist. He is a professor of psychiatry and head of discipline of psychiatry at the University of Sydney, and head of Perinatal Psychiatry Clinical Research Unit at Westmead Hospital. He has published more than 170 articles, and frequently contributes to psychiatric textbooks. He currently serves as associate editor of ''Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry''. He has a long clinical and research interest in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychosomatic disorders, and perinatal psychiatry. John Sawers
Sir Robert John Sawers FRUSI (born 26 July 1955) is a British intelligence officer, diplomat and civil servant. He was Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), a position he held from November 2009 until November 2014. He was previously the British Permanent Representative to the United Nations from August 2007 to November 2009. David Blatherwick (diplomat)
Sir David Elliott Spiby Blatherwick, (born 13 July 1941), is a retired British diplomat. After joining the Foreign Office in 1964 he served in a number of diplomatic posts in Kuwait, Ireland, Egypt and at the United Nations in New York. He was appointed the British ambassador to Ireland from 1991 to 1995, and ambassador to Egypt from 1995 to 1999. Following his retirement he has served on the boards of a number of organisations. William Hugh Fullerton (born 11 February 1939) is a British retired diplomat Fullerton studied Oriental Languages at Queens' College, Cambridge. He worked for Shell International Petroleum in Uganda from 1963 to 1965, leaving to join the Foreign Office.
