Gracemont (microarchitecture)
Gracemont is a microarchitecture for low-power processors used in system on a chip, systems on a chip (SoCs) made by Intel, and is the successor to Tremont (microarchitecture), Tremont. Like its predecessor, it is also implemented as low-power cores in a hybrid design of the Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors. Design Gracemont is the fourth generation out-of-order execution, out-of-order low-power Atom (system on chip), Atom microarchitecture On i9-12900K, power for eight cores at 3.9GHz was measured at 48W, for AVX2 workloads. Atom is a system on a chip (SoC) platform designed for smartphones and tablet computers, launched by Intel in 2012. It is a continuation of the partnership announced by Intel and Google on September 13, 2011 to provide support for the Android operating system on Intel x86 processors.
