''Goyenda Tatar'' is a Bengali adventure detective film A mystery film is a genre of film that revolves around the solution of a problem or a crime. The storyline of the film is based on the story, ''Chotur Goyenda Choturabhijan'', by Sasthipada Chattopathyay, and follows a group of kids led by Goenda Tatar, who are dragged into a kidnapping case. The film was theatrically released on 4 January 2019. Plot A bunch of adventurous kids and their leader Tatar are dragged into a mysterious kidnapping case. Sasthipada Chattopadhyay
Sasthipada Chattopadhyay (born 9 March 1941) is an Indian novelist and short story writer in Bengali language, Bengali. He is well known in Bengali literature for the series stories of Pandab Goenda. Career Chattopadhyay was born in 1941 in Khurut, Sasthitala, Howrah district. He published his first literary work ''Kamakhya Bhraman'' in ''Dainik Basumati'' in 1961 and started working in ''Anandabazar Patrika'' under guidance of Ramapada Chowdhury and Sagarmoy Ghosh. Chattopadhyay worked in ''Rabibasoryo'', Anandabazar from 1961. In the meantime, he joined the Indian Railways, Indian Railway service and became posted at Ghatshila. He wrote many novels, travelogue, short stories but became popular and gained recognition for the creation of ''Pandab Goenda'', an adventure detective series for children. Sourendra Mohan Mukherjee (1 March 1930 – 6 December 2020), known as Monu Mukhopadhyay, was an Indian actor who worked in Bengali language films and television serials. In 1958, he became a prompter.
