Gotthold Eisenstein
Ferdinand Gotthold Max Eisenstein (16 April 1823 – 11 October 1852) was a German mathematician. He specialized in number theory and mathematical analysis, analysis, and proved several results that eluded even Carl Friedrich Gauss, Gauss. Like Évariste Galois, Galois and Niels Henrik Abel, Abel before him, Eisenstein died before the age of 30. He was born and died in Berlin, Kingdom of Prussia, Prussia. Gotthold Gloger (17 June 1924 – 16 October 2001) was a German writer and painter. Life Gotthold Gloger was born in Königsberg, East Prussia. He received painting and drawing lessons as a child. He attended the Kunstgewerbeakademie in Königsberg from 1941, simultaneously arose his first literary attempt. From 1942, Gloger participated in World War II as a soldier of the Wehrmacht and later belonging to the 999th Light Afrika Division. After the war, he graduated art studies in Frankfurt am Main and visited as a guest listener of romance studies and philosophy lectures. Samuel Gotthold Lange (born 22 March 1711 in Halle (Saale); died 25 June 1781 in Beesenlaublingen, Bernburg district) was a German writer. Biography He was the son of the pietist Joachim Lange. Gotthold Ephraim Lessing (, ; 22 January 1729 – 15 February 1781) was a philosopher, dramatist, publicist and art critic, and a representative of the Enlightenment era. His plays and theoretical writings substantially influenced the development of German literature. He is widely considered by theatre historians to be the first dramaturg in his role at Abel Seyler's Hamburg National Theatre. Gotthold Salomon (born as Schlomo Salman ben Lippmann haLewi; November 1, 1784 in Sandersleben (Anhalt-Dessau) – November 17, 1862 in Hamburg) was a German Jewish rabbi, politician and Bible translator. Following on the work of Moses Mendelssohn, Salomon was the first Jew to translate the complete ''Old Testament'' into High German, under the title ''Deutsche Volks- und Schulbibel für Israeliten'' (1837) ("German People's and School Bible for Israelites"). Gotthold Schwarz (born 2 May 1952 in Zwickau) is a German Bass-baritone and conductor. Based in Leipzig, he started as a member of the Thomanerchor and has conducted the Gewandhausorchester. Between 2016 and 2021, he was the 17th Thomaskantor after Johann Sebastian Bach. Biography Schwarz was the son of the cantor of St. Paul Church in Zwickau, which gave him an early contact with music. Grube Gotthold ("Gotthold Pit") is a former brown coal and gravel pit in the South Brandenburg county of Elbe-Elster. History The former mine known as Grube Gotthold is located about 2 kilometres west of the village of Hohenleipisch in the German state of Brandenburg. The Lusatian Lower Coal seam, Seam (''Unterflöz'', 2nd Lusatian seam horizon, middle Miocene) reaches a thickness here of 2.7 to 4.0 metres. The pit was opened on 22 March 1912 and brown coal was initially mined underground mining, underground. Gustav Gottheil (May 28, 1827, Pinne/Pniewy, Grand Duchy of Posen, Prussia – April 15, 1903, New York City) was a Prussian born American rabbi. Gottheil eventually became one of the most influential, well-known and controversial Reform Jewish leaders of his time. He was the father of Richard Gottheil.
