Bidar District
Bidar district is the northernmost part of the Karnataka state in India. The administrative headquarters of district is Bidar city. Geographically, it resembles the "Crown of the State", occupying its northeastern end. It is bounded by Kamareddy and Sangareddy districts of Telangana state on the eastern side, Latur and Osmanabad districts of Maharashtra state on the western side, Nanded district of Maharashtra state on the northern side and Kalaburagi district on the southern side. The Bidar district is constituted by eight talukas, namely Bidar, Humnabad, Bhalki, Aurad, Hulsoor, Chitgoppa, Kamalnagar and Basavakalyan with Bidar being the headquarters of the district. Bijapur district, officially known as Vijayapura district, is a district in the state of Karnataka in India. The city of Bijapur is the headquarters of the district, and is located 530 km northwest of Bangalore. Bijapur is well known for the great monuments of historical importance built during the Adil Shahi dynasty. Gornal (L'Hospitalet De Llobregat)
El Gornal, or simply Gornal, is a neighbourhood in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, belonging to the metropolitan area of Barcelona. It's part of District VI of L'Hospitalet, along with Bellvitge. Its creation started with the urban expansion of Bellvitge into empty terrains around Renfe railtracks. From the 1970s on it has been growing extensively, with the introduction of apartment blocks destined for low-income people. In 1991 the Civic Center was opened and commercial galleries (Mercat de Gornal) in 1994. Also commenced in 1994 was the third phase of housing, which was completed in 1997. This phase joined the district to the rest of the city and not remain so isolated, with a communal square created called Gornal. In 1999 the Hotel Entities opened (which was closed in 2010). Can Tries Gornal is a Barcelona Metro station, in the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat municipality of the Barcelona metropolitan area, and named after the nearby Gornal neighbourhood. The station is served by line L9 and line L10. The station is located underneath the intersection of ''Carrer Can Tries'' and the ''carrer de Narcís de Monturiol''. Castellet i la Gornal is a municipality in the ''comarca'' of the Alt Penedès in Catalonia, Spain. It is situated in the valley of the Foix river at the point where it crosses the Coastal Range. The river is dammed to form the Foix reservoir. The ''ajuntament'' (town hall) is in La Gornal. The municipality is served by the N-340 road, and by a local road to Vilanova i la Geltrú. Gornal is a suburban area and electoral ward of the Dudley Metropolitan Borough, in the West Midlands county in England. It encompasses three historic villages: Upper Gornal, Lower Gornal, and Gornal Wood. Gornal was formerly part of Staffordshire, prior to the creation of the West Midlands in 1974. It now falls under the town of Dudley and uses the DY postcode. Gornal is roughly 11 miles outside of Birmingham.
