Albert Arnold Gore Jr. (born March 31, 1948) is an American politician, businessman, and environmentalist who served as the 45th vice president of the United States from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton. Derrick Gore
Derrick Gore (born December 13, 1994) is an American football running back for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Alabama and Louisiana–Monroe. College career Gore began his collegiate career at Coffeyville Community College. He suffered an injury in training camp and missed his freshman season. Following the season, Gore transferred to Alabama after receiving an offer to join the team as a walk-on. He played mostly on special teams as a redshirt freshman as the Crimson tide won the 2015 National Championship As a redshirt sophomore, Gore rushed for 93 yards and one touchdown. Ian George Gore (born 10 January 1968) is an English former professional footballer. He played as a centre-back. Football career Gore began his career as an apprentice with Birmingham City, turning professional in May 1986, but was released without playing a first-team game. He joined non-league Southport before joining Blackpool on a free transfer in January 1988, beginning a seven-year spell at Bloomfield Road in which he played exactly 200 league games. He served as the 8th United States Secretary of Agriculture, Secretary of Agriculture from 1924 to 1925, during the administration of President Calvin Coolidge, and he served as List of governors of West Virginia, 17th governor of West Virginia from 1925 to 1929. Graham Gore (c. 1809 – between 28 May 1847 and 25 April 1848) was an English officer of the Royal Navy and polar explorer who participated in two expeditions to the Arctic and a survey of the coastline of Australia aboard HMS ''Beagle''. In 1845 he served under Sir John Franklin as First Lieutenant (the third most senior rank) on the during the Franklin expedition to discover the Northwest Passage, which ended with the loss of all 129 officers and crewmen in mysterious circumstances. Biography Gore was born into the world of art; his father, Spencer Frederick Gore, was a painter, President of the Camden Town Group until his early death in March 1914, and his mother, Mary Joanna (Molly) Kerr, was a dancer from Edinburgh. As a young man Gore's ambition was to be a philosopher, but as a student at Trinity College, Oxford (following in the steps of his great uncle Bishop Charles Gore), he soon found that his real passion was for drawing and painting at the Ruskin School of Art which he attended almost daily.
