2020s in Russia Good Russian ( Russian: Хорошие русские, Khoroshiye russkiye) is a sarcastic term — usually placed in single quotes such — referring to the citizens of Russia during the Russo-Ukrainian War, who claimed to have not supported Ruscism, Putinism and war crimes in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 'Good Russians' consider themselves victims of Putin’s regime, expecting support as refugees after Russian emigration following the Russian invasion of Ukraine and imposing their opinions on rebuilding Ukraine after war.
