Gmina Rokitno
Gmina Rokitno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Rokitno which lies approximately north-east of Biała Podlaska and north-east of the regional capital Lublin. The gmina covers an area of and its total population was 3,315 in 2006 (3,097 in 2014). The gmina contains part of the protected area called Podlasie Bug Gorge Landscape Park. The gmina (Polish: , plural ''gminy'' , from German ''Gemeinde'' meaning ''commune'') is the principal unit of the administrative division of Poland, similar to a municipality. , there were 2,477 gminas throughout the country, encompassing over 43,000 villages. 940 gminas include cities and towns, with 302 among them constituting an independent urban gmina ( pl, gmina miejska) consisting solely of a standalone town or one of the 107 cities, the latter governed by a city mayor (''prezydent miasta''). Pratulin
Pratulin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rokitno, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.
