Glenn Dishman
Glenelg Edward Dishman (born November 5, 1970) is an American former professional baseball left-handed pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies, and Detroit Tigers. Career Amateur Dishman attended Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, California and went to college at University of California Berkeley and Texas Christian University. San Diego Padres Dishman was signed as an undrafted free agent by the San Diego Padres on May 23, 1993 and reported to their Class-A minor league affiliate at Spokane for the 1993 season. He compiled a record of 6–3, a 2.20 earned run average (ERA) in 12 starts (with 2 complete game shut outs) that season and was selected as a "Short Season A All-Star" and a Northwest League All-Star. The Spokane Indians are a Minor League Baseball team located in Spokane Valley, the city immediately east of Spokane, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest. The Indians are members of the High-A Northwest League (NWL) as an affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. Huntsville Stars
The Huntsville Stars were a Minor League Baseball team that played in Huntsville, Alabama, from 1985 to 2014. They competed in the Southern League as the Double-A affiliate of Major League Baseball's Oakland Athletics from 1985 to 1998 and Milwaukee Brewers from 1999 to 2014. Toledo Mud Hens
The Toledo Mud Hens are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. They are located in Toledo, Ohio, and play their home games at Fifth Third Field. The Pacific Coast League (PCL) is a Minor League Baseball league that operates in the Western United States. Along with the International League, it is one of two leagues playing at the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A level, which is one grade below Major League Baseball (MLB). Texas League
The Texas League is a Minor League Baseball league which has operated in the South Central United States since 1902. It is classified as a Double-A league. Despite the league's name, only its five South Division teams are actually based in the state of Texas; the five North Division teams are located in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The league was founded in 1888 and ran through 1892. It was called the Texas Association in 1895, the Texas-Southern League in 1896, and again as the Texas League from 1897 to 1899. The Wichita Wranglers were a minor league baseball team based in Wichita, Kansas. The team, which played in the Texas League, was the Double-A affiliate of Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres from 1987 to 1994 and the Kansas City Royals from 1995 to 2007.
