Glenn Chadbourne
Glenn Chadbourne is an American artist. He lives in Newcastle, Maine. He is best known for his work in the horror and fantasy genres, having created covers and illustrated books and magazines for publishers such as Cemetery Dance Publications, Subterranean Press, and Earthling Publications. Mr. Chadbourne is known for his sense of humour and down to earth manner, as well as the stark honesty of his work. Glenn Chadbourne attended Lincoln Academy before continuing his education at The Portland School of Art. He also attended the University of Maine at Augusta, as well as the University of Southern Maine. His first published work was in the late 1980s for the Stephen King related newsletter called '' Castle Rock''. He won a contest that called for artists to submit something Stephen King related. Brian James Freeman
Brian James Freeman is an author whose fiction has been published in magazines and anthologies including '' Borderlands 5'', ''Corpse Blossoms'', and all four volumes of the ''Shivers'' series. His first novel, ''Black Fire,'' was written under the pseudonym James Kidman. Published in 2004 by Leisure Books and Cemetery Dance Publications, the book was nominated for the Bram Stoker Award for Best First Novel, one of the major awards in the horror genre. Dallas William Mayr (November 10, 1946 – January 24, 2018), better known by his pen name Jack Ketchum, was an American horror fiction author. Christopher Golden
Christopher Golden (born July 15, 1967) is an American author of horror, fantasy, and suspense novels for adults and teens. Early life Golden was born and raised in Massachusetts, where he still lives with his family. He graduated from Tufts University. Career As well as novels, Golden has written comic books and video games, and co-written the online animated series '' Ghosts of Albion'' with actress/writer/director Amber Benson. He co-created and co-writes the Dark Horse Comics series ''Baltimore'' with Mike Mignola and wrote the introduction to the now collectible, 200-only copies, slipcased edition of Joe Hill's book of short stories titled '' 20th Century Ghosts''. Bloodstained Oz
''Bloodstained Oz'' is a '' Wizard of Oz'' related novella by Christopher Golden and James A. Moore, and it was illustrated by Glenn Chadbourne. It was published as a limited edition hardcover by Earthling Publications in 2006. It comes with an introduction by Ray Garton. It was nominated for the Horror Writers Association's Bram Stoker Award for Best Long Fiction in 2006. The story falls outside of L. Frank Baum's original storyline for his '' Wonderful Wizard of Oz'' series and its official sequels. Being outside of the canonical restrictions, ''Bloodstained Oz'' makes the Land of Oz a nightmare for adults instead of a children's story. Both first editions of ''Bloodstained Oz'' were sold out very soon after publication, and there are no current plans to reprint it by Earthling Publications or any other publisher.
