Gioele Dix
Gioele Dix, a pseudonym of his name David Ottolenghi (born 3 January 1956) is an Italian actor and comedian of Jewish descent. Life Gioele Dix began his theatrical career at the end of the 1970s, promoting and animating the Milan stage company ''Teatro degli Eguali''. Among the numerous plays he took part in, are: ''A Midsummer Night's Dream'', a rock musical from Shakespeare directed by Gabriele Salvatores; ''A Martian in Rome'' by Ennio Flaiano and directed by Antonio Salines; two stagings of Molière’s, ''Le Malade imaginaire'' and ''Tartuffe'' with veteran actor Franco Parenti. Cabaret is a form of theatrical entertainment featuring music, song, dance, recitation, or drama. Sergio Fantoni
Sergio Fantoni (7 August 1930 – 17 April 2020) was an Italian actor, voice actor and director. Biography Fantoni was born in Rome to the actor Cesare Fantoni. He began his career appearing in films, radio dramas, television and theatrical productions from the late 1940s. He made his debut film appearance alongside his father in the 1949 film ''Anthony of Padua''. In addition to working mainly in his own country, he starred in international productions as well. Fantoni made several appearances in Hollywood films in the 1960s, most notably opposite Frank Sinatra in the war film ''Von Ryan's Express'', made in 1965. In 1960, he played the villainous Haman in '' Esther and the King'', starring Joan Collins and Richard Egan in the title roles. Paolo Conte
Paolo Conte (; born 6 January 1937) is an Italian singer, pianist, songwriter and lawyer known for his distinctly grainy, resonant voice. His compositions fuse Italian and Mediterranean sounds with jazz, boogie and elements of the French and Latin-American rhythms. Career Conte was born in Asti, Piedmont. His parents were avid jazz fans and Conte and his younger brother Giorgio spent their formative years listening to a lot of early jazz and blues recordings. After obtaining a law degree at the University of Parma, Conte started working as an assistant solicitor with his father, simultaneously pursuing his musical studies. He learned to play the trombone, the vibraphone and the piano, and formed a jazz band with his brother on guitar. Ugo Eugenio Prat, better known as Hugo Pratt (15 June 1927 – 20 August 1995), was an Italian comic book creator who was known for combining strong storytelling with extensive historical research on works such as ''Corto Maltese''. Altan (band)
Altan are an Irish folk music band formed in County Donegal in 1987 by lead vocalist Mairéad Nà Mhaonaigh and her husband Frankie Kennedy. The group were primarily influenced by traditional Irish language songs from Donegal and have sold over a million records. The group were the first traditional Irish group to be signed to a major label when they signed with Virgin Records in 1994. Giorgio Albertazzi (20 August 1923 – 28 May 2016) was an Italian actor and film director. Born in San Martino a Mensola, Tuscany, Albertazzi joined the Italian Social Republic and reached the rank of lieutenant. After their defeat, he spent two years in prison for collaborating. Following the amnesty by Palmiro Togliatti he changed from studying architecture to acting.
