Gina Godoy
Gina Godoy Andrade (born 26 April 1962) is an Ecuadorian politician, feminist and supporter of LGBTQ rights. She is currently the representative in the National Assembly for the province of Guayas and is the vice president of the Justice Commission of the Assembly. Biography Godoy was born in the town of Chone on 26 April 1962. Since 1997, she has been a member of the Ecuadorian Centre for the Promotion and Action of Women (Cepam), which is centered with respect to the defense of the rights of women, children and adolescents. Godoy was the representative for the Province of Guayas in the for the PAIS Alliance social movement party. In the she was elected as assembly person for the Province of Guayas. Paola Pabón
Paola Verenice Pabón Caranqui (born 28 January 1978) is an Ecuadorian lawyer, politician and feminist, who in the course of her career, has served as a representative to the National Assembly for the PAIS Alliance movement from 2009 and 2015 and has also worked under the presidencies of Rafael Correa and Lenin Moreno. Biography Pabón was born on 28 January 1978 in Ibarra which is located in the Imbabura Province. She completed her higher education studies at the Central University of Ecuador and obtained a law degree. Pabón later went to the Rafael Landívar University in Guatemala where she earned a master's degree. She began her political career as a member of the Democratic Left Party where she remained for seven years. Chone is a town in the province of Manabí in Ecuador. PAIS Alliance
PAIS Alliance is a centre-left social democratic political party in Ecuador. In 2016, it had 979,691 members. Founded by Rafael Correa in April 2006, the party soon found success amid the "pink tide" period in Latin America. The party's early period in power (2007–2017) is known as the Correa era, named after the longtime leader Correa, who was also the President of Ecuador. Rosana Alvarado
Rosana Alvarado Carrión (born 19 February 1977) is an Ecuadorian feminist politician for the Alianza PAÍS party. In 2017 she was the first vice President of Ecuador's National Assembly. From 2017 to 2021 she was the Minister of Justice. She is in favour of same-sex marriage and the liberalisation of the Ecuador's laws against abortion. Life Alvarado was born in Cuenca in 1977.
