Gilonne Guigonnat
Gilonne Guigonnat (born 26 November 1998) is a French biathlete. She is the sister of biathlete Antonin Guigonnat. Career Gilonne Guigonnat is a bronze medalist in pursuit at the 2023 IBU Open European Championships in Lenzerheide. She also won the Women's Mass Start 60 and came second in the Women's 10 km pursuit at the 2022-23 Biathlon IBU Cup. The 2023–24 Biathlon World Cup ''(official: BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon)'' was a multi-race series over a season of biathlon, organised by the International Biathlon Union (IBU). It was the 47th edition for men and 42nd edition for women of the highest international race series in biathlon. The season started on 25 November 2023 in Östersund, Sweden and concluded on 17 March 2024 in Canmore, Alberta, Canmore, Canada. Lenzerheide ( Romansh: ''Lai'') is a mountain resort in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland at the foot of the Parpaner Rothorn. The village lies in the municipality Vaz/Obervaz in the district of Albula, sub-district Alvaschein. The village lies in a broadened section of the valley between the cantonal capital Chur to the north and Tiefencastel, beyond which are the Julier Pass and St Moritz. The high valley forms a pass of no official name, often referred to as Lenzerheide pass, with a culmination point located 5 km north of the village.
