Gholam Hossein Jahanshahi
Gholam Hossein Jahanshahi (Persian: غلامحسين جهانشاهی) was the second son of Mohammad Shafi Jahanshahi, the former head of the supreme court of Iran. He was born in 1920 in Tehran where he attended his primary and secondary education prior to attending a degree course in law at the University of Tehran. Subsequent to completing his undergraduate studies at Tehran University he travelled to France to pursue his academic studies at the University of Paris where he completed a PhD course in economics and law at Sorbonne in 1953. After completion of his studies he returned to Tehran to rejoin his family and commence his career which spanned over 30 years of service in both Public and Private sectors. Passy Cemetery
Passy Cemetery (french: Cimetière de Passy) is a small cemetery in Passy, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, France. History The current cemetery replaced the old cemetery (''l'ancien cimetière communal de Passy'', located on Rue Lekain), which was closed in 1802. In the early 19th century, on the orders of Napoleon I, Emperor of the French, all the cemeteries in Paris were replaced by several large new ones outside the precincts of the capital. Montmartre Cemetery was built in the north, Père Lachaise Cemetery in the east, and Montparnasse Cemetery in the south. Passy Cemetery was a later addition, but has its origins in the same edict. The Persian alphabet ( fa, الفبای فارسی, Alefbâye Fârsi) is a writing system that is a version of the Arabic script used for the Persian language spoken in Iran ( Western Persian) and Afghanistan (Dari Persian) since the 7th century after the Muslim conquest of Persia. The Persian dialect spoken in Tajikistan (Tajiki Persian) is written in the Tajik alphabet, a modified version of the Cyrillic alphabet which has been in use since the Soviet era. The Persian alphabet is directly derived and developed from the Arabic alphabet. After the Muslim conquest of Persia and the fall of the Sasanian Empire in the 7th century, Arabic became the language of government and especially religion in Persia for two centuries.
