Geronimo Creek is a stream in South Texas, South Central Texas, United States, U.S., that runs approximately 17 miles, from its source one mile east of Clear Springs, Texas (in the Texas Prairielands), to its confluence with the Guadalupe River (Texas), Guadalupe River in Guadalupe County, Texas, three miles southeast of Seguin. Seguin ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Guadalupe County, Texas, United States; as of the 2020 census, its population was 29,433. Its economy is primarily supported by a regional hospital, as well as the Schertz-Seguin Local Government Corporation water-utility, that supplies the surrounding Greater San Antonio areas from nearby aquifers as far as Gonzales County. Clear Springs, Texas
Clear Springs is a historic settlement in Guadalupe County, Texas, United States. It is part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area. It shares its name with the nearby Clear Springs Air Force Base. History German settlers first immigrated to the area in the 1840s. Clear Springs was named for the natural springs water source for the settlement, which is now covered by Lake Dunlap. The location on which Clear Springs sits had been surveyed by James Bowie. In 1873, a cotton gin and general store were built for the processing, storage, and sale of cotton and goods.
