Gera – Greiz – Altenburger Land is an electoral constituency (German: ''Wahlkreis'') represented in the Bundestag. It elects one member via first-past-the-post voting. Under the current constituency numbering system, it is designated as constituency 194. It is located in eastern Thuringia, comprising the city of Gera and the districts of Altenburger Land and Greiz. Gera – Greiz – Altenburger Land was created for the inaugural 1990 federal election after German reunification. 2005 German Federal Election
Federal elections were held in Germany on 18 September 2005 to elect the members of the 16th Bundestag. The snap election was called after the government's defeat in a state election, which caused them to intentionally lose a motion of confidence to trigger an early federal election. The outgoing government was a coalition of the centre-left Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) and Alliance 90/The Greens, led by federal Chancellor Gerhard Schröder. The election was originally intended for the autumn of 2006. V-Partei3, known officially as V-Partei³ – Party for Change, Vegetarians and Vegans (german: V-Partei³ – Partei für Veränderung, Vegetarier und Veganer), is a German political party that was founded in April 2016 in Munich, Bavaria. Frank Tempel
Frank Tempel (born January 19, 1969) is a German politician (Die Linke). He was a member of the German Bundestag from 2009 to 2017, where he was the drug policy spokesman for the Bundestag parliamentary group from May 2010.
