Genomförandegruppen
Genomförandegruppen ("''The Implementation group''") was the name of an internal work group that in 2008, within the Reinfeldt Cabinet Office, in Sweden was formed, which, according to a press release later issued by the Cabinet office, had been tasked to "produce decision basis for continued effectivisation of the wedishdefence force's materiel procurement". The Group was also claimed to have been tasked to propose how a "purposive materiel supply adapted to needs of the new intervention defence" could be achieved. The proposal aimed to reduce costs, aligning with the cabinet's policy favoring market-based solutions, moving from domestic development to '" buy off the shelf' purchasing options, despite criticism that there was no ' Panzermarkt' readily available for such acquisitions. Genomförandegruppen was led by the secretary of state from the Defence Department Håkan Jevrell, the other participants were state secretary Hans Lindblad (Finance Department), state secretary ...

The ''Visby'' ships are designed by Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and built by Saab Kockums AB in Karlskrona. The first ship of the class was launched in 2000, but production then suffered repeated delays. The fifth and final ship was delivered in 2015. Design The hull is constructed with a sandwich design consisting of a PVC core with a carbon fibre and vinyl laminate (see also the Oceanic-Creations spin-off). Håkan Jevrell
Håkan is a common Swedish given name. It has a common origin with the Norwegian given name Haakon (modern Norwegian Håkon, Danish Hakon) in the Old Norse ''Hákon''. The meaning of the name is disputed but a possible meaning is "high son" from Old Norse ''há-'' (Proto-Norse ''hauha-'') (high) and ''konr'' (kin). On Swedish runestones the name is usually written ''Hakun'' and in medieval documents usually ''Haquon'' or in the Latinised versions ''Haqvin''/''Haqvinus''. From the 16th century and onwards the name is usually written Håkan. Although in some western regions the name can be found as Håkon and Håka as late as in the 18th century. In Old East Slavic the name was written Yakun (Cyrillic: Якун). For example, the Primary Chronicle mentions the Varangian leader Yakun that arrived in Kievan Rus' in the year 1024 and fought in the Battle of Listven. The name never became popular as a Slavic name but at least two high rank Novgorod officials had the name: the pos ...

Anders Svärd
Anders is a male name in Scandinavian languages and Fering North Frisian, an equivalent of the Greek Andreas ("manly") and the English Andrew. It originated from Andres via metathesis. In Sweden, Anders has been one of the most common names for many centuries, earliest attested in 1378. It was common for priests and farmers during medieval times. According to Statistics Sweden, as of 31 December 2021 it ranks 4th among the male names. The great frequency of this name at the point in time (around 1900) when patronymics were converted into family names is the reason why 1 out of every 30 Swedes today is called Andersson. The name day of Anders in the Scandinavian calendar is 30 November, and in the old peasant superstition that day was important for determining what the Christmas weather would be. If it was very cold on 30 November there would be much sleet on Christmas (and vice versa). In Denmark Donald Duck's name is ''Anders And''. The Fering name Anders may have been bo ...
