Ged Grimes
Ged Grimes (born on 28 March 1962) is a Scottish musician, producer and composer. He is currently the bass player for rock band Simple Minds, and was a founding member of Scottish pop band Danny Wilson whose hits include "Mary's Prayer" (from ''Meet Danny Wilson'' and featured prominently in the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to the movie ''There's Something About Mary''), and "The Second Summer of Love" (from ''Bebop Moptop''). Earthworm Jim 3D
''Earthworm Jim 3D'' is a platform video game developed by VIS Interactive and published by Interplay Entertainment for the Nintendo 64. It is the third in the ''Earthworm Jim'' series and a sequel to ''Earthworm Jim 2.'' It was the first game in the series to not be developed by Shiny Entertainment, which had recently instituted a strict "no sequels" policy. Interplay Entertainment, having recently purchased the Earthworm Jim rights, handed the franchise off to VIS Interactive. The game suffered a difficult, prolonged development cycle and was repeatedly delayed until it was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, with Rockstar Games publishing the N64 version in North America. It was ported to Microsoft Windows. The game was not received well, with critics claiming that the charm of the originals was lost, and that despite the long development period, the game still felt sloppy and lacked previously promoted features. The fête de l'Humanité (; ''English: Festival of Humanity'') is an event organised annually by French daily newspaper ''L'Humanité'' in order to fund itself. It is the largest popular gathering in France. L'Humanité was created in 1904 by French socialist Jean Jaurès, but the first fête de l'Humanité took place in September 1930 to raise funds for the newspaper ''L'Humanité'' and 1000 people attended it. In 2010, the festival attracted 600,000 visitors. A new record was set in 2018, when 800,000 visitors participated in the festival. The festival is organized and held almost exclusively by volunteers, since it exists to fund the newspaper. Hundreds of stalls are scattered around the venue offering food and drinks with the stall holders coming from all over the world to be part of the event.
