Gabriele Marotta
Gabriele Marotta (born 31 July 1967) is an Italian racing driver currently competing in the TCR International Series. He previously competed in the Superstars Series, Formula Palmer Audi, in various GT3 series, in the BPR Global GT Series, in the European Touring Car Series, the French Prototypes Championship, and the Italian Touring Car Championship. Racing career Marotta began his career in 1986 in the British Formula Ford B Championship. In 1987 he switched to the French Formula Ford Championship. In 1988 he raced in the French Formula Renault Turbo B Championship. He switched to the Italian Touring Car Championship in 1991, he raced in the championship for several years, namely for Toyota Italia and the works Alfa Romeo team Nordauto Engineering, achieving several race wins and podiums. Shanghai International Circuit
The Shanghai International Circuit () is a motorsport race track, situated in the Jiading District, Shanghai. The circuit is best known as the venue for the annual Chinese Grand Prix which was hosted from 2004 to 2019 and was scheduled again from 2024 onwards, but its race was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. History Shanghai International Circuit was conceived by the Shanghai authorities as a way to showcase the city to the world. A 5.3 sq km site was chosen in the Jiading District in the north west of the city, close to major car parts manufacturing facilities and a budget of 2.6 billion yuan ($450 million) raised through a government-funded joint-venture company, the Shanghai Jiushi Group. The Guia Circuit, or Circuito da Guia, is a street circuit located at the southeast region of the Macau Peninsula in Macau. It is the venue of the Macau Grand Prix and Guia Race of Macau. The circuit consists of long straights and tight corners, and features the characteristics of a typical street circuit - narrow, bumpy and limited overtaking opportunities. The Marina Bay Street Circuit (otherwise known as the Singapore Street Circuit) is a street circuit around Marina Bay, Singapore, encompassing the planning areas of Downtown Core (Turns 4 to 23) and Kallang (Turns 1 to 3).
