Gabriela Osvaldová (born July 25, 1953, in Prague), also known as Gábina Osvaldová, is a Czech actress and lyricist, best known for her work in ''Marecek, Pass Me the Pen! Ondřej Soukup
Ondřej Soukup (born 2 May 1951) is a Czech musician and composer. He has written soundtracks for over twenty feature films, including Jan Svěrák's ''Kolya'', an Academy Awards, Academy Award-winner for best foreign film in 1997, and ''Dark Blue World'', for which Soukup received his second Czech Lion award for best soundtrack, in 2001. He was also a jury member for the talent show ''Česko hledá SuperStar''. Career Soukup graduated from the Prague Conservatory in 1975, then played bass in various jazz and pop bands, including Pražský výběr and Pavel Fořt's group Labyrint. In the early 1980s, Soukup began playing with Karel Gott and also composed and arranged music of his own. He later became a full-time composer and also produced records for other artists. In 1983, Soukup wrote music for his first feature film, ''Druhý tah pěšcem''. ''Marecek, Pass Me the Pen!'' ( cs, Marečku, podejte mi pero!) is a 1976 Czechoslovak comedy film directed by Oldřich Lipský. Plot Jiří Kroupa (Jiří Sovák) is a man in his forties who is a team leader in a factory manufacturing agricultural machinery. He has an opportunity for promotion, but for that he needs to obtain a highschool graduation diploma. Česko Hledá SuperStar
Česko hledá SuperStar is the Czech version of the Idol series. It is broadcast on Czech TV Nova, first series in spring 2004, the second a year later, the third series in autumn 2006. The show was very popular in 2004, with an audience of more than 3.5 million people (35% of the country's population) and a large amount of media attention. The further series' rating were rather lower. In 2008, the program was superseded by the X Factor. However, Czech broadcaster TV Nova and the broadcaster of the Slovak version of Idol, TV Markíza, confirmed that both versions would be joined into one. The latest version is called ''Česko Slovenská Superstar'' ("Czech(o) Slovak Superstar"), which started in September 2009. An academy (Attic Greek: Ἀκαδήμεια; Koine Greek Ἀκαδημία) is an institution of secondary or tertiary higher learning (and generally also research or honorary membership).
