Gabriela Chmelinová
Gabriela Chmelinová (née Navrátilová; born 2 June 1976) is a retired Czech tennis player. Chmelinová has won six singles titles and 55 doubles titles on the ITF Circuit in her career. On 23 June 2003, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 258. On 25 July 2005, she peaked at No. 55 in the doubles rankings. Until 2003, Navrátilová played mainly on the ITF Women's Circuit in Europe, garnering over 60 titles. From 2004, she began to play exclusively in doubles and became a more active participant on the WTA Tour. She reached six finals and the semifinals of the 2005 Australian Open, partnering with Michaela Paštiková. She announced her retirement in November 2008. Virginia Ruano Pascual and Paola Suárez were the defending champions, but Suárez did not participate due to injury. Ruano Pascual partnered Conchita Martínez, but lost in the first round to Jennifer Hopkins and Mashona Washington. Mervana Jugić-Salkić (born 14 May 1980) is a retired Bosnian tennis player. She turned professional in 1999, and reached her highest singles ranking on 21 June 2004, when she was ranked world No. 99. Canberra International
The Canberra International (sponsored by Richard Luton Properties), was a women's tennis tournament held in Canberra, Australia. The event was affiliated with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), and was classed variously as a Tier III (2001), a Tier V (2002–2005), and a Tier IV (2006) on the WTA Tour. It was competed on outdoor hardcourts. The event was intended to be one of the build-up tournaments to the first Grand Slam event of the year, the Australian Open. The tournament was held at the National Sports Club in the Northern Canberra suburb of Lyneham and was played on Rebound Ace hardcourts. A singles and doubles competition was held each year. The singles prize winner received US$16,000 and 95 tournament points. Emmanuelle Gagliardi (born 9 July 1976) is a retired Swiss tennis player. She was coached by Marco Tarelli and her preferred surface was hardcourt. The Portugal Open (formerly named Estoril Open) was an ATP and WTA clay court tennis tournament in Portugal. The event took place at the sports complex of Jamor in Oeiras, of which Estoril Court Central is the most prominent show court. In 2015, the tournament was canceled due to lack of sponsorship. A new tournament, Millennium Estoril Open, was created in its place, moving from Oeiras to Cascais. The 2014 Portugal Open was the last edition. Milagros Sequera Huss (; born 30 September 1980) is a Venezuelan-Australian former professional tennis player. Career She joined the WTA Tour in 1999 and was ranked world No. 48 in July 2007. Her coach was Larry Willens. She was introduced to the game at the age of seven. Her favorite surface was hardcourt. She won her first title in Fes, Morocco, in May 2007, defeating Aleksandra Wozniak in the final.
