Gabriel Raksi
Gabriel Raksi (1 November 1938 – 12 April 2002) was a Romanian international football player. Career He made his first steps in the football career ever since 1951, joining the team Metalul Oradea (coached by Al. Pop). The next team he joined was Industria Sârmei Câmpia Turzii, reaching in 1959 to CCA București, after his enrollment. Gheorghe Popescu I, the coach of CCA București team immediately introduced him in the Romanian great team, making his debut on the Republic Stadium, during the game with Progresul București (n.r. 2-1); Gheorghe Popescu I's team comprised the following players: Voinescu, Zavoda II, Apolzan, Ivănescu, Jenei, Bone, Cacoveanu, Raksi, Alecsandrescu, Zavoda I, Tătaru. Raksi remained at Steaua (the designation that Steaua București took in 1962) until 1967. Gheorghe Cornel Cacoveanu (16 September 1935 – 23 November 2001) was a Romanian footballer who played as an attacking midfielder, most notably for Steaua București. Career His debut for Metalul Câmpia Turzii came in 1951. He promoted in the Romanian first division with his team and played well in Divizia A. He moved to Bucharest in 1955 playing only a season for Progresul București before moving to Steaua București. He played nine years for this team, being a part of Steaua's Gold Team. At his end of career, he played for Dinamo Piteşti, Minerul Baia Mare and his last team, the obscure third division club Tehnometal. Mircea Dridea (born 7 April 1937) is a Romanian former football player and manager, who is the current honorary president of Liga I club Petrolul Ploiești. Club career Mircea Dridea was born on 7 April 1937 in Ploiești and at age 15 he was a category one chess player, being brought by his brother Virgil to play football in 1952 at the junior squads of Petrolul Ploiești where his first coach was Emil Avasilichioaie, in 1954 he worked with Manole Rădulescu and in 1955 Traian Ionescu came to the club and formed a generation of juniors which included Dridea, Constantin Tabarcea and Vasile Sfetcu which reached the national junior championship final which was lost in front of Universitatea Cluj. Emanoil Hașoti
Emanoil Hașoti (14 September 1932 – 3 July 1993) was a Romanian football forward and a manager. Club career Emanoil Hașoti was born on 14 September 1932 in Kavarna, Kingdom of Romania in a family of Aromanians which were forced to leave the town in 1940 after the Treaty of Craiova in which Romania allowed the Kingdom of Bulgaria to retake the Southern Dobruja area. His family settled in Mangalia where in 1950 at age 20, Hașoti started to play amateur level football at local club, Recolta. After two years, however, several families, including his, were ordered to relocate from Mangalia, choosing to go in Sibiu but Emanoil who was already a footballer was still able to play, for a short while at Ș.N. Gheorghe Constantin
Gheorghe Constantin (14 December 1932 – 9 March 2010) was a Romanian former footballer and coach. Known as ''The Professor'', he was a symbol of Steaua București. Club career Constantin made his debut for Unirea Tricolor's youth team, and shortly after their abolition he signed with Venus UCB. He played only a year for his new club, before moving to Avântul Reghin and then CFR Iaşi before he signed a contract with Steaua București. Cornel Popa (19 March 1935 – 4 November 1999) was a Romanian football player who played as a right defender. Club career Cornel Popa was born on 19 March 1935 in Iași, Romania and started to play football in 1951 at junior level at local club, Victoria, before starting his senior career at Divizia B team, Locomotiva Iași. In 1955 he went to play for Dinamo Bacău where he made his Divizia A debut on 18 March 1956 in a 1–0 loss against Dinamo București.
