Garden Spot High School
Garden Spot High School is located in New Holland, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. Founded in 1954, this is the only senior high school in the Eastern Lancaster County School District. It is attached to Garden Spot Middle School, making it easy for those students to go to the high school. It was joined together from six small schools, starting in 1947. The vestibule of the school building's main entrance contains a functioning reconstructed pendulum mechanism taken from the former New Holland High School's clock tower prior to its demolition. Administration The secondary campus principal is Matthew Sanger, and the assistant principal is Stacey Hoffman. Garner Magnet High School (GMHS) is a comprehensive public high school in Garner, North Carolina, United States, a city southeast of Raleigh. The school was founded as Garner Senior High School (GSHS), which graduated its first class in 1969. Garner is one of four high schools in the Wake County Public School System offering an International Baccalaureate Programme of study, along with Needham B. Broughton High School, William G. Enloe High School, and Millbrook High School. George Stephenson High School
George Stephenson High School is a coeducational secondary school located in Killingworth, North Tyneside, England. History Grammar school It was called the George Stephenson Grammar School in 1953, at which time it was built on Benton Lane (the Great Lime Road) in West Moor. (George Stephenson lived nearby in cottagewhen he worked at Killingworth Colliery.) The current school site in Killingworth is a replacement that opened in 1970, and was originally known as Killingworth High School, a comprehensive, but eventually took the George Stephenson name from the old school. The old school no longer exists as it was demolished in 2004. The headmaster since the opening of the old school in 1953 was Tom W. King, BA. Gibson Southern High School
Gibson Southern High School is a public high school located in Fort Branch, Indiana. Academics Gibson Southern High School received the Indiana Four Star School Award for seven consecutive years. Athletics In 1974, Gibson Southern was originally a member of the Pocket Athletic Conference (PAC). In 1980, the school left the PAC to form the Big 8 Conference with 7 former Southern Indiana Athletic Conference schools, some of which were also once members of the PAC. In 1994, Gibson Southern left the Big 8 to rejoin the PAC. In 2020 the Pocket Athletic Conference expanded with Boonville, Mount Vernon, Princeton and Washington joining Forest Park, Gibson Southern, Heritage Hills, North Posey, Pike Central, Southridge, South Spencer, Tecumseh, and Tell City to make it a 13-team conference.
