REMA 1000-ligaen is the premier professional men's handball league in Norway. It was established in 1966, and it is currently contested by twelve teams. Sandefjord TIF is the championship's most successful team with nine titles, followed by Oppsal IF with six. Elverum Håndball is the most successful in the Playoffs, with 11 titles. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Elverum Håndball
Elverum Håndball is a Norwegian handball club from Elverum, Norway. Currently, Elverum Håndball competes in the Norwegian Premier League Men's Handball, and they have been successful title winners for several years consecutively. The club was founded in 1946 by a group of 26 people. The Norway national team coach, Christian Berge, was coach for Elverum Håndball from 2008 to 2014 which he had to leave in order to coach the Norway men’s national team. Drammen HK
Drammen HK is a team handball club from Drammen, Norway. Currently, Drammen HK competes in the Norwegian First League of Handball. The club was founded on March 3, 1992. The foundation was the result of a long going project where handball clubs in Drammen and Lier gathered to discuss how to build a "Top Team" candidate for the region. The project resulted in two clubs joining forces - Reistad IL from Lier and IF Sturla from Drammen. The two clubs transferred their senior players to the new club, but continued as separate entities concentrating on development of children and youngsters. The colors of Drammen HK became blue - the same color as background of the city coat of arms. Reistad IL was qualified to play in Norway Premier Division, so Drammen really got a flying start starting at the top level. Kolstad Håndball is a Norwegian handball club found in 1972, and based in the city of Trondheim in Norway. The club is the handball department of the Norwegian multi-sports club Kolstad IL and as an independent sports team in 1996. The team play in top division of Norwegian handball, the Eliteserien, since its promotion for the first time in 2015, Their home ground is Kolstad Arena, which has a seating capacity of 2,500 spectators. Fyllingsdalen () is a borough of the city of Bergen in Vestland county, Norway. The borough is located southwest of the city centre in the Fyllingsdalen valley, west of the mountain Løvstakken. The neighbourhoods of Fyllingsdalen mainly consist of fairly large apartment buildings with little industry or commerce. Halden (), between 1665 and 1928 known as Fredrikshald, is both a town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway.
