G94 Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway
The Pearl River Delta Ring Expressway (), officially the Pearl River Delta Region Ring Expressway () and designated G94, Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China. Mark rules of highway route and number of national trunk highway (GB/T 917-2017). September 7, 2017. is an expressway in China, envisioned to encircle the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. When complete, it will be in length. Sections of the expressway in Hong Kong and Macau are observed only by Mainland China. These special administrative regions have their own highway numbering systems. Currently, only sections between Zhuhai and Sanshui District and from Zengcheng to Shenzhen are complete, entirely in the province of Guangdong. The expressway ends at Meiguan Road and Beihuan Boulevard in Shenzhen, which is not near the border. Motorists must continue south along Huanggang Road to the Huanggang Port. Zengcheng
Zengcheng District ( alternately romanized as Tsengshing) is one of 11 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province, China. History was established under the Qin following their conquest of the area, formerly held by the Baiyue tribes. Under the Ming, the northern area of the county was separated to form Longmen County, administered from Huizhou. The county was promoted to city status in 1993. In 2006, a western section of Zengcheng was severed to form Guangzhou's Luogang District, which was renamed Huangpu in 2014. On 12 February of the same year, Zengcheng was annexed to Guangzhou as a district. A riot of migrant workers occurred in Zengcheng in 2011. Huanggang Port () is a port of entry on the border between mainland China and Hong Kong, in the Futian District of Shenzhen, China. Its counterpart in Hong Kong is the Lok Ma Chau Control Point, located in Lok Ma Chau in Hong Kong's New Territories, across the Sham Chun River from Huanggang.
