G. N. Anbu Chezhiyan
G. N. Anbuchezhian (born 7 April 1964) is a film financier and producer in Tamil film industry. He is the managing director of the production house, Gopuram Films. = Career = Born in 1964, Anbuchezhian is the son of Neelamegam, a former headmaster based in Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram. Anbuchezhian moved to Madurai in the early 1990s, lending petty cash to street-side vendors and small roadside shops for rates of interest. His business performed well and as a result, he moved on to advance loans to film distributors in the region as there was a need and space in the industry to grow. Through his business venture Gopuram Films, he started producing medium-budget films and also took up the distribution part of various movies. Also, he helped many budding film directors and producers to bring up their dream movies on big screens. Ramanathapuram
Ramanathapuram (), also known as Ramnad, is a town and a municipality in Ramanathapuram district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the administrative headquarters of Ramanathapuram district and the second largest town (by population) in Ramanathapuram district. History The region is well known since Puranic ages. The estate of Ramnad included the Hindu holy island city of Rameswaram, from where, legend has it that the Hindu god Rama launched his invasion of Ravana's Lanka. Gopuram Films
A ''gopuram'' or ''gopura'' ( Tamil: கோபுரம், Malayalam: ഗോപുരം, Kannada: ಗೋಪುರ, Telugu: గోపురం) is a monumental entrance tower, usually ornate, at the entrance of a Hindu temple, in the South Indian architecture of the Southern Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, and Telangana, and Sri Lanka. In other areas of India they are much more modest, while in Southern Indian temples they are very often by far the highest part of the temple. ''Aandavan Kattalai'' () is a 2016 Indian Tamil-language satirical film co-written and directed by M. Manikandan.
