''French Cuisine'' (original title: ''Pension complète'') is a 2015 French comedy film directed by Florent Siri and starring Franck Dubosc and Gérard Lanvin. It is a remake of the 1963 French-Italian film ''La Cuisine au beurre'', which was directed by Gilles Grangier. Florent-Emilio Siri (born 2 March 1965) is a French film director and screenwriter born in Lorraine. Siri studied cinema at the Sorbonne University and ESRA in Paris. Siri is a music video director. He has worked with such bands as IAM, Alliance Ethnik, and Wu-Tang Clan, among others. Gilles Grangier (5 May 1911 – 27 April 1996) was a French film director and screenwriter. He directed more than 50 films and several TV series between 1943 and 1985. His film '' Archimède le clochard'' was entered into the 9th Berlin International Film Festival, where Jean Gabin won the Silver Bear for Best Actor.
