Freddy García (football Manager)
Freddy Manuel "Petroleo" García Loayza (born 22 November 1959) is a Peruvian people, Peruvian manager (association football), football manager who most recently was the manager of C.D. Alfonso Ugarte, Alfonso Ugarte in the Copa Perú. Managerial career Freddy García began his career as a manager in 1998 when he took charge of his home town club Deportivo Bolito. He quickly took them to 1st Division of Tacna. Then in 2001 he took Bolito into the later stages of the Copa Perú, but was later replaced by Ítalo Herrera, who then went on to win the 2001 Copa Perú. Now promoted to the top-flight, the club Sport Bolito changed its name to Coronel Bolognesi FC, and García was appointed assistant manager to Roberto Di Plácido. García would then be act as interim and assistant manager of the Tacna club from 2002 to 2006 and served as an assistant to up-and-coming managers like Roberto Mosquera and Jorge Sampaoli. Tacna
Tacna was known for its mining industry; it had significant deposits of sodium nitrate and other resources. Its economic prosperity attracted a wave of immigrants from Italy. Today, their Italian Peruvian descendants live in the city and many of them still have Italian surnames. This era of successful commerce and agriculture ended drastically with the start of the War of the Pacific. 2011 Copa Perú
The 2011 Copa Perú season ( es, Copa Perú 2011), the promotion tournament of Peruvian football, started on February. The tournament has 5 stages. The 2010 Segunda División season was the 65th edition of the second tier of Federación Peruana de Futbol. There were 10 teams in league play. The champion, Cobresol, was promoted to the 2011 Peruvian First Division. The last place, Tecnológico, was relegated to Copa Perú. The tournament was played on a home-and-away round-robin basis. In February 2010, IDUNSA signed a strategic alliance with the club Carlos A. The 2008 season of the Peruvian Segunda División season was the 63rd edition of the second tier of Federación Peruana de Futbol. There were 10 teams in play. Only 7 teams from last season remain. Sport Águila, from the 2007 Copa Perú, was promoted to this season's edition, and Total Clean and Deportivo Municipal were relegated from the first division. Unión Huaral was not relegated last season but they dropped out and participated in the Copa Perú. Each team will play 27 games. The teams will first play home-and-away games. The 2007 Torneo Descentralizado (known as the Copa Cable Mágico for sponsorship reasons) is the ninety-first season of Peruvian football. A total of 12 teams competed in the tournament, with Alianza Lima as the defending champion. Universidad San Martín won its first national title as it did not have to play in the season finals due to Coronel Bolognesi's poor performance in the Torneo Apertura. Jorge Luis Sampaoli Moya (; born 13 March 1960) is an Argentine football coach who is currently manager for Sevilla of La Liga. Sampaoli started out as a youth player and eventually switched to management after a severe injury. Sampaoli started with an impressive coaching run at Coronel Bolognesi of Peru in 2004, and continued with brief but successful terms at O'Higgins of Chile and Emelec of Ecuador.
