Force (Superfly Album)
''Force'' is the fourth studio album by Japanese pop-rock unit Superfly. It was released on September 19, 2012. ''Force'' commemorates the group's fifth anniversary and was released in several formats, including a special fifth anniversary edition which includes a bonus CD (included with the first-press releases), a vinyl version of the album, and a commemorative poster. Japanese convenience store Lawson will also exclusively sell a special edition of the album which includes a bonus DVD. On the iTunes Store, the album will be packaged with one bonus track, with a second reserved for those who pre-ordered the album. The album's title comes from both the English word "force" as well as the similarity between the Japanese pronunciations of "force" and "fourth". Superfly (band)
Superfly is a Japanese rock act that debuted on April 4, 2007. Formerly a duo, the act now consists solely of lyricist and vocalist Shiho Ochi with former guitarist Kōichi Tabo still credited as the group's composer and part-time lyricist. Superfly's first two studio albums were certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan, and their first four consecutive albums (the third being classified as a "single" by the group) all debuted at the top of the Oricon Weekly Album Charts, a first for a female recording artist in Japan in over seven years. Mai Kuraki
(born October 28, 1982) is a Japanese pop and R&B singer-songwriter and record producer. After releasing her US debut single " Baby I Like" in 1999, Kuraki signed with Giza Studio and released her Japanese debut single " Love, Day After Tomorrow" in 1999. In 2000, she released her debut album, '' Delicious Way'', which debuted at number-one and sold over 2.2 million copies in its first week. The album has spawned four top-three singles, "Love, Day After Tomorrow", " Stay by My Side", " Secret of My Heart", and "Never Gonna Give You Up". Yoyogi Park
is a park in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. It is located adjacent to Harajuku Station and Meiji Shrine in Yoyogikamizonochō. is a Japanese manga series by Shohei Manabe. It won the 56th Shogakukan Manga Award for general manga. ''Smuggler'' (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shohei Manabe. It was serialized in Kodansha's ''Monthly Afternoon'' from May 2000 to August 2000 and published in a single volume. A live-action film adaptation was released in October 2011. Production Manabe took inspiration from the works of filmmaker Quentin Tarantino in the making of the series. Media Manga Written and illustrated by Shohei Manabe, the series began serialization in Kodansha's ''Monthly Afternoon'' in May 2000; it completed its serialization in August 2000. The performances come from the final Osaka-jō Hall concert part of Superfly's late 2011 arena tour of the same name. The limited editions will include a bonus CD with a previously unreleased track. It is scheduled for release on April 4, 2012. The ''Shout in the Rainbow!!'' Blu-ray release reached the number 1 spot of the Oricon Weekly Blu-ray charts for the week of its release, selling 8048 copies, while only reaching number 3 on the general DVD and music DVD charts after selling 13 thousand units.
