The Filmfare Best Choreography Award is given by the ''Filmfare'' magazine as part of its annual Filmfare Awards for Hindi films. Although the awards started in 1954, the best choreography category did not start until 1989. ''Filmfare'' is an Indian English language, English-language fortnightly magazine published by Worldwide Media. Acknowledged as one of Indian most popular entertainment magazines, it publishes pieces involving news, interviews, photos, videos, reviews, events, and style. Vijay Ganguly
Vijay Ganguly (born 1980) is an Indian choreographer known for ''Jagga Jasoos'' (2017), ''Andhadhun'' (2018), '' Stree'' (2018) and '' Love Aaj Kal'' (2020). He won the 2018 Filmfare Award for Best Choreography for the song "Galti Se Mistake" in ''Jagga Jasoos'', for which he also won the 2018 International Indian Film Academy Award for Best Choreography and 2017 Zee Cine Awards for Best Choreography. Ahmed Khan (born 3 June 1974) is an Indian choreographer, producer, director, and writer. After a period of acting, he has moved into film choreography, as well as writing, producing, and directing various Bollywood projects. "Mohe Rang Do Laal" ( hi, मोहे रंग दो लाल) is a song from the 2015 Bollywood film, ''Bajirao Mastani''. It was composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Pandit Birju Maharaj. The lyrics were written by Siddharth-Garima. The song features Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in the video. Birju Maharaj
Pandit Birju Maharaj (born Brijmohan Nath Mishra; 4 February 1938 – 16 January 2022) was an Indian dancer, composer, singer, child molester and exponent of the Lucknow "Kalka-Bindadin" Gharana of Kathak dance in India. He was a descendant of the Maharaj family of Kathak dancers, which includes his two uncles, Shambhu Maharaj and Lachhu Maharaj, and his father and guru, Acchan Maharaj. He also practised Hindustani classical music and was a vocalist.
