Fargo South High School
Fargo South High School, more commonly known as Fargo South , South High, or South is a public high school located in Fargo, North Dakota. The campus serves about 1,000 students in grades 9-12. The school is a part of the Fargo Public Schools system. The official school colors are brown and gold and the athletic teams are known as the Bruins. History Fargo South High School was built when the previous school, Fargo Central High School, burned down in 1966. Students from Central High finished the ‘66 school year at Fargo North High School and spent the 1966-67 school year at North High during the construction of a new school. Fargo ( /ˈfɑɹɡoʊ/) is a city in and the county seat of Cass County, North Dakota, United States. According to the 2020 census, its population was 125,990, making it the most populous city in the state and the 219th-most populous city in the United States. Fargo, along with its twin city of Moorhead, Minnesota, and the adjacent cities of West Fargo, North Dakota and Dilworth, Minnesota, form the core of the Fargo, ND – Moorhead, MN Metropolitan Statistical Area. Drew Wrigley
Drew Howard Wrigley (born October 10, 1965) is an American attorney, lawyer, and politician from North Dakota. Wrigley currently serves as the attorney general of North Dakota after being appointed to the position by Governor Doug Burgum following the death of Wayne Stenehjem. Wrigley previously served as the United States Attorney for the District of North Dakota from 2001 to 2009 and again from 2019 to 2021, appointed by President George W. Bush and Donald Trump, respectively. Between his terms as United States attorney, Wrigley served as the 37th lieutenant governor of North Dakota from 2010 to 2016. Tom Hoge
Tom Hoge (; born May 25, 1989) is an American professional golfer. Amateur career Hoge was born in Statesville, North Carolina and grew up and still resides in Fargo, North Dakota. He played college golf at Texas Christian University where he won two events. He placed tied for third in the individual portion of the 2009 NCAA Golf Championship. He also won several North Dakota and Minnesota amateur titles. Professional career Hoge turned professional after graduating from college in 2011. Laura Roesler (born December 19, 1991) is an American middle distance runner who specializes in the 800 metres. She is currently coached by Rose Monday and based in Florida. High School career Roesler was a 22-time North Dakota state champion for Fargo South High School. She ran 2:06.82 as a semi-finalist to place 12th in the 800 metres at the 2008 United States Olympic Trials. Roesler placed 2nd in 2:07.41 behind Chanelle Price at the 2009 U20 USA Track and Field Championships. Dan Fabian (born June 28, 1954) is an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 1A from 2015 to 2019 and as Minority Whip from 2019 to 2021.
