Fakhraddin Musayev
Fakhraddin Musa oghlu Musayev ( az, Fəxrəddin Musayev) (30 July 1957, Baýramaly, Turkmenistan – 11 April 1992, Fuzuli District, Azerbaijan) was the National Hero of Azerbaijan and warrior during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War. Early life and education Fakhraddin Musayev was born on 30 July 1957 in Baýramaly, Turkmenistan. He went to secondary school from 1964 to 1974. He was drafted to the military service. Initially, he was sent to Czechoslovakia, and then completed his military service in the Orenburg Oblast. In 1979 he was admitted to the Civil Aviation School, where he graduated in 1982 with honors. Personal life Musayev was married and had one son. Baýramaly
Baýramaly (formerly Bayram-Ali, tk, Baýramaly, earlier Bahrām Ali ) is a city in and the seat of Baýramaly District, Mary Province, Turkmenistan. It lies about 27 km east of the provincial capital Mary, along the main railway line from Ashgabat to Tashkent. In 2009, its population was estimated at 88,486 (up from 43,824 in the 1989 census). Etymology The city is named after Bayram 'Ali Khan Qajar, the most prominent ruler of the Qajar Principality of Merv. According to Atanyyazow, Bayramaly ruled Mary in the 18th century, from 1782 to 1785. However, the actual length of his reign remains disputed. Orenburg Oblast (russian: Оренбургская область, ''Orenburgskaya oblast'') is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast). Its administrative center is the city of Orenburg. Qusar District
Qusar District (; az, Qusar rayonu; lez, КцIар район, script=Latn) is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the north-east of the country and belongs to the Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Quba, Qabala, Khachmaz, and the Russian Republic of Dagestan. Its capital and largest city is Qusar. As of 2020, the district had a population of 99,000. Toponymy There are several theories about the origin of the word "Qusar". One of them is that the word "qusar" comes from the Russian language, meaning "cavalry warrior". "Qusar" regiment was organized in this territory in 1783–1784. Martyrs' Lane or Alley of Martyrs ( az, Şəhidlər Xiyabanı), formerly known as the Kirov Park, is a cemetery and memorial in Baku, Azerbaijan dedicated to those killed by the Soviet Army during Black January 1990 and in the First Nagorno-Karabakh War of 1988–1994.
