Furttal
Furttal is the name of a valley region in Switzerland between Lägern and Altberg in the Dielsdorf district of the canton of Zurich. The area's name stems from the German word for ford, or ''furt'', and is named after the crossing over the Limmat in the community of Würenlos on the west side of the region. The area is bordered in the east near the community of Regensdorf by the Katzensee lakes. The population of the region is expanding rapidly due to its proximity to city of Zurich and its beautiful landscape. Regensdorf-Watt Railway Station
Regensdorf-Watt is a railway station in Switzerland, situated in the municipality of Regensdorf. The station is located between the towns of Regensdorf and Watt on the Wettingen-Effretikon railway line (Furttal line). Services The station is a stop on the Zurich S-Bahn system. S6 (ZVV)
The S6 is a regional railway service of the S-Bahn Zürich on the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund (ZVV), Zürich transportation network, and is one of the network's services connecting the cantons of Zürich and Aargau. Route * The service links Baden, in the canton of Aargau to the west of Zürich, and Uetikon, on north shore of Lake Zürich to the east of Zürich. Regensdorf is a municipality in the district of Dielsdorf District of the canton of Zürich, Switzerland. It is the biggest city in the region Furttal (ZH). Katzensee is a lake that also includes the bath/lido Strandbad Katzensee on the border with the Affoltern quarter of the city of Zürich. Verkehrsbetriebe Zürich (VBZ) is a public transport operator in the Swiss city of Zürich, and is wholly owned by the city. Previously known as the Städtische Strassenbahn Zürich (StStZ), the organisation was founded in 1896 and adopted its current name in 1950.
