Full Intention
Full Intention is an English house music duo consisting of Michael Gray and Jon Pearn. They are best known as prolific producers and remixers. They have reworked songs for varied artists such as the Sugababes, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Frankie Knuckles, among others. Biography As the group Hustlers Convention, Jon Pearn and Michael Gray produced their own house tracks and remixed many others, including "Street life" by C. J. Lewis and "Got Myself Together" by the Bucket Heads. Their first release was The Groovers delight EP in 1992 on Stress Records. They have appeared in the US Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart three times with their own singles, first under the name Arizona feat. Zeitia with "Slide on the Rhythm", which reached number one in 1993, and with "America (I Love America)" under the Full Intention name, a number one hit from 1996. Inner City is an American electronic music group that formed in Detroit, Michigan, in 1987. The group was originally composed of the record producer and composer Kevin Saunderson and the Chicago, Illinois, vocalist Paris Grey. David Penn is a Spanish DJ, producer and remixer, internationally known on the house music scene. Biography David Penn is one of Spain’s best-known DJs and producers of house music. "Slide on The Rhythm" is a 1993 Eurodance House song recorded by the British music project Arizona, featuring Bajan-born singer Zeeteah Massiah (credited as "Zeitia" on the song), which was written and produced by Michael Gray and Jon Pearn (under the production name Greed, which later became Full Intention). The single reached number one on '' Billboard'' 's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart on October 2, 1993. Zeeteah Silveta Massiah (born December 24, 1956) is a Barbadian-born British singer particularly associated with reggae, jazz and house music. In a wide-ranging career she has recorded and/or toured with artists including Robbie Williams, Tom Jones, Michael Jackson, Phil Collins, Sting, Leo Sayer, and Michael Bolton. She is best known in the United States as the lead vocalist on the 1993 Billboard No.1 dance hit "Slide on the Rhythm". Massiah was born in Saint John, Barbados and grew up in London.
