Fu Quanxiang
Fu Quanxiang (3 August 1923 – 24 October 2017) was a well-known Chinese actress of Yue opera. In the Chinese press she was named as one of the ten leading female actors in Yue opera. In the view of others she was one of only two truly famous artists, the other being Yuan Xuefen. Sheng County
Shengzhou (), formerly Shengxian or Sheng County, is a county-level city in central Zhejiang, south of the Hangzhou Bay, and is the south-eastern part of the prefecture-level city of Shaoxing. It is about 1.5 hours drive from the provincial capital of Hangzhou through the Hangzhou-Ningbo, Shangyu-Sanmen Expressway. ''The Tale of Li Wa'' () is a short novella by Bai Xingjian (or Bo Xingjian). Song Geng (C: 宋 耕, P: ''Sòng Gēng''), author of ''The Fragile Scholar: Power and Masculinity in Chinese Culture'', wrote that this was one of three Tang Dynasty works that were "particularly influential in the development of the '' caizi-jiaren'' model". Zhejiang ( or , ; , also romanized as Chekiang) is an eastern, coastal province of the People's Republic of China. The Butterfly Lovers is a Chinese legend of a tragic love story of a pair of lovers, Liang Shanbo () and Zhu Yingtai (), whose names form the title of the story. The title is often abbreviated to Liang Zhu ().
