Freya Gregory
Freya Gregory (born 12 January 2003) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Women's Championship club Southampton, on loan from Women's Super League club Aston Villa, and as a defender for the England Under-23 youth team. Club career Birmingham City Gregory was part of the Birmingham City academy for two seasons and broke into the first team in the 2019–20 season. On 17 November 2019, Gregory made her senior debut for Birmingham City against Brighton & Hove Albion in a 3–0 FA WSL defeat. She left Birmingham in June 2020. Aston Villa On 4 July 2020, Gregory announced she was returning to Aston Villa, where she had previously been as a youth, ahead of the team's first season in the FA WSL. Lichfield () is a cathedral city and civil parish in Staffordshire, England. Lichfield is situated roughly south-east of the county town of Stafford, south-east of Rugeley, north-east of Walsall, north-west of Tamworth and south-west of Burton Upon Trent. The 2022 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship (also known as UEFA Women's Under-19 Euro 2022) was the 19th edition of the UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship (23rd edition if the Under-18 era is included), the annual international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the women's under-19 national teams of Europe. The Czech Republic hosted the tournament. A total of eight teams played in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2003 eligible to participate.
