Fraser Lyle (born 16 June 1988) is a Scotland 7s international rugby union player. He is a utility back and can play at centre, fly-half, or fullback. He plays for London Scottish. Professional career Lyle was working as an estate agent before his dream call up to the Glasgow Warriors in November 2014 He was part of the Glasgow Warriors squad that successfully defended their Melrose 7s title in 2015. Glasgow Warriors extended Lyle's contract through to May 2017. On 4 May 2017 it was announced that Lyle would be released by the Warriors at the end of the season. Stirling
Stirling (; sco, Stirlin; gd, Sruighlea ) is a city in central Scotland, northeast of Glasgow and north-west of Edinburgh. Morrison's Academy
Morrison's Academy is a co-educational independent day school in Crieff, Perth and Kinross, in Central Scotland. The school provides nursery, primary and secondary school facilities. It draws many pupils from surrounding Perth and Kinross and Stirling. History Morrison's Academy owes its foundation to Thomas Morison (also spelled Morrison). Born in 1761 in the village of Muthill; his mother belonged to Crieff. Morison trained as a stonemason and, after working some years in Auchterarder, he moved to Edinburgh and set up his own business. He made his fortune as the builder of a substantial part of the city's beautiful Georgian New Town (the sections north of Queen Street). Morison died age 59 on 30 August 1820 in Edinburgh. Scotland National Rugby Sevens Team
The Scotland national rugby sevens team competes in the World Rugby Sevens Series, Rugby World Cup Sevens and the Commonwealth Games. The head coach is Ciaran Beattie, supported by manager Sean Lamont and skills coach Graham Shiel. During 2006, the side were in danger of no longer competing in the Sevens World Series due to the financial problems faced by the Scottish Rugby Union. However, they gained a reprieve when the International Rugby Board announced that a leg of the Sevens World Series would be held at Murrayfield in Edinburgh, starting in 2007. The SRU then announced that the Scotland sevens team would compete in all eight legs of the Sevens World Series, and draw players from the country's national academy.
