Frank Macey
Frank Macey (24 October 1894 – 3 December 1973) was an English amateur Association football, footballer who played as a forward (association football), forward. He spent 15 years in the Army, and was a prisoner of war for almost the entirety of the First World War. While still a serving soldier, in 1923, he joined Kingstonian F.C. He signed amateur forms with English Football League, Football League club Plymouth Argyle, but played only one competitive match for them before returning to Kingstonian, for whom he played until retiring from the game in 1936. During that time, he captained the club to victory in the 1933 Amateur Cup, was capped four times for the England national amateur football team, England amateur XI, and scored twice in each match as the Amateurs beat the Professionals 6–1 in the 1925 FA Charity Shield and 6–3 in the 1926 FA Charity Shield, 1926 match. Leyton () is a town in east London, England, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It borders Walthamstow to the north, Leytonstone to the east, and Stratford to the south, with Clapton, Hackney Wick and Homerton, across the River Lea, to the west. The ''Daily Express'' is a national daily United Kingdom middle-market newspaper printed in tabloid format. After Extra Time
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a Draw (tie), tie or draw where the scores are the same. In some sports, this extra period is played only if the game is required to have a clear winner, as in single-elimination tournaments where only one team or players can advance to the next round or win the tournament. Cheshunt ( ) is a town in Hertfordshire, England, north of London on the River Lea and Lee Navigation. It contains a section of the Lee Valley Park, including much of the River Lee Country Park. To the north lies Broxbourne and Wormley, Waltham Abbey to the east, Waltham Cross and Enfield to the south, and Cuffley to the west. Historically an ancient parish in the Hertford hundred of Hertfordshire, it was granted urban district status in 1894. Football League Third Division South
The Third Division South of The Football League was a tier in the English football league system from 1921 to 1958. It ran in parallel with the Third Division North with clubs elected to the League or relegated from Division Two allocated to one or the other according to geographical position. Some clubs in the English Midlands shuttled between the Third Division South and the Third Division North according to the composition of the two leagues in any one season. This division was created in 1921 from the Third Division, formed one year earlier when the Football League absorbed the leading clubs from the Southern League.
