Frank Kreyer
Frank Kreyer (born May 8, 1970) is an American racing driver from Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. He has started in NASCAR's Craftsman Truck Series and Busch Series. Racing career Kreyer began racing in half scale NASCAR cars in the Junior Cup series in 1995. He won four straight championships in 1995 to 1998. He competed in the series part-time in the 1999 season while working on the pit crew for NASCAR Midwest Series driver Jason Schuler. Kreyer started racing Super Late Models at Madison International Speedway (MIS) and Wisconsin Dells Speedway (now Dells Raceway Park). Kreyer won his first Super Late Model feature at Wisconsin Dells, and was the track's Rookie of the Year. Kreyer competed full-time at Wisconsin Dells in 2001, finishing third in the final points. La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway
The La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway is a semi-banked asphalt oval racetrack in West Salem, Wisconsin. The outer track is 5/8 mile and the inner track is a 1/4 mile. The speedway has progressive banking in the corners, from 5 degrees on the bottom to 11 degrees on the top. The track was built at the fairgrounds for La Crosse County. It used to host an event on the American Speed Association (ASA) and the ASA Late Model Series before the demise of the series. It currently hosts annual touring events on the ARCA Midwest Tour and Mid American Stock Car Series. It hosts weekly stock car races which are sanctioned by the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series. It was the first NASCAR-sanctioned race track in Wisconsin. Jason Schuler
Jason Patrick Schuler (born February 24, 1972) is an American former stock car racing driver. He competed in the NASCAR Busch Series from 2000 to 2004. He is currently building cars for JJ Fabrication, Inc. (formerly Pathfinder Chassis), the company he owns and operates along with Joe Wood in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Racing career Schuler made his first starts in the Busch Series in 2000 when fellow Cambridge native and childhood friend Matt Kenseth, a full-time Cup Series driver, offered him a ride for twelve races in the No. 17 Visine Chevy for Reiser Enterprises that Kenseth was driving part-time. His best finish on the year was 14th at both Gateway (where he led two laps) and at New Hampshire. The American Speed Association (ASA) is a sanctioning body of motorsports in the United States formed in 1968. The Association was based in Pendleton, Indiana, Pendleton, Indiana, and later in Daytona Beach, Florida. The CRA Super Series is a super late model stock car racing series owned and operated by the Champion Racing Association.
