Franco Interlenghi
Franco Interlenghi (29 October 1931 – 10 September 2015) was an Italian actor. He made his acting debut at 15 in Vittorio De Sica's 1946 Neorealist film ''Sciuscià''. He has worked with great directors such as Alessandro Blasetti in '' Fabiola'', Roberto Rossellini in '' Viva l'Italia!'' and '' Il generale della Rovere'', Federico Fellini in ''I vitelloni'', Michelangelo Antonioni in '' I vinti'', Mauro Bolognini in '' La notte brava'' and Luchino Visconti in his stage adaptation of ''Death of a Salesman''. He also appeared in international films, such as Joseph L. Mankiewicz's ''The Barefoot Contessa'', Julien Duvivier's ''Le petit monde de don Camillo'', Charles Vidor's ''A Farewell to Arms'' and the Italian-American co-production ''Ulysses'', directed by Mario Camerini. With his wife, Antonella Lualdi, he had two children, one of whom is actress Antonellina Interlenghi. Franco Interlenghi died on 10 September 2015, aged 83. Antonella Interlenghi (born 6 August 1960) is an Italian stage, film and television actress. She is also known as Antonellina Interlenghi. Life and career Born in Rome, Interlenghi is the daughter of the actors Antonella Lualdi and Franco Interlenghi. She made her acting debut (credited as Phoenix Grant) in the 1977 Gianfranco Parolini adventure film ''Yeti: The 20th Century Giant''. In the 1980s she appeared in a number of films, mainly comedy and adventure films. She is also active on stage, where she notably worked with Giorgio Strehler, and on television. Personal life At 15 years old, Interlenghi married the nobleman Giovanni Sanjust di Teulada. The couple had two daughters and divorced two years after the marriage. Mario Camerini (6 February 1895 – 4 February 1981) was an Italian film director and screenwriter. The cousin of Augusto Genina, he made the most well-known films in Italy during the 1930s, most of them comedies starring Vittorio De Sica. He directed about 50 films till 1972, including Ulysses (1954 film), ''Ulysses'' with American stars Kirk Douglas and Anthony Quinn, one of the first Europe/U.S.A. film coproductions. Julien Duvivier (; 8 October 1896 – 29 October 1967) was a French film director and screenwriter. He was prominent in French cinema in the years 1930–1960.
